| Rejection of a vision is normal because each vision
is new land, is a part of future, is something unknown, not everybody can deal with. Communicating a vision needs a lot of patience with others who cannot follow you in the beginning. |

| Negative feedback can hurt, also negative feedback
can question your whole vision with the result that some people stop too early with a vision due to critic. Best practise is, to ask yourself is the vision enhancing situations, enhancing lifes of people or something a lot of people proposed already but nobody started it. If yes, then go on and take responsibility. Furthermore negative feedback can lead you to enhance the whole concept of your vision. |

| Firstly a vision has a longer time schedule.
A lack of funding, equipment or resources in the beginning is surely not a reason to stop developing a vision. Some people have very few money and start to volunteer for instance in a charity to see, if they can contribute something or learn something new they need. Or others start with donating things to others. There are lots of ways how to start a vision. |

a general obstacle to a vision. In each age group you can learn things you need from others. Or you can learn a lot of things from online sources or college courses.
It is all about the commitment and energy you put in that vision. You will grow automaticly with your vision as other grow in their jobs. |
